This author has surprised me, I admit I got an ARC copy of this, it was so much more than I expected. The characters are extremely complex, the plot is unusual, and you even find yourself having some sympathy or at least understanding for some of the worst characters.I'm not going to spoil it for you, but if you like alternate universe stories that have action and intelligence, good editing and a story line that keeps you wanting to know what happens next. Buy it!You won't be disappointed.I am eagerly waiting for the next book.

I loved this story! It wasn’t a keep me up all night book, but I eagerly reached for it the next day. I am well past the young adult ages, but the story is suspenseful and full of emotions young adults may feel.
