Refunds, Returns, and Replacements Policy

We stand behind the quality of every book we print and ship.

Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives with any damage or missing books, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will promptly send replacement copies at no cost to you.

Printing or shipping issues
If your order is lost in transit or arrives with production defects, we will work with our printing partner to replace the affected items.

Incorrect shipping address
If an incorrect address was entered at checkout and the order must be reshipped, we may ask that shipping costs be covered before resending.

Refunds
Because each bundle is printed to order, we are unable to accept general returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, if there is ever an issue with your order, we will make it right.
